This family owned restaurant in Colorado is definitely NOT a gun free zone. The staff open carries and invites patrons to do the same.

I think of it like when I walk into The Arms Room in League City.
They require all of their employees to open carry while on duty.


So I would believe the answer is yes, you can allow it, if it is your property.
Does this mean business or residence? Not sure

Now that being said, I am not sure I could (or would want to) allow a number of people come to my house, and OC in my front yard and driveway.

I believe OC is legal in CO and they have preemption except in Denver. The only thing there would be a problem with now, is that both of my Glocks hold more than seven rounds.

My mistake. CO's is 15. Both my Glocks are okay.
